    Owner and history

    The vineyard has been cultivated organically and biodynamically since the early 1980s. The vineyard covers 13 hectares in the commune of Villié-Morgon.

    Vinification and aging

    This cuvée is produced using a semi-carbonic fermentation process very typical of the region. Vinification takes place without the addition of SO2.
