    Owner and history

    The vines are very old, between 80 and 100 years old. This characteristic allows for increased concentration, power, and intensity of aromas. This fragile treasure is protected and cared for through viticulture that is highly respectful of the environment.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand, then sorted and destemmed. The wine is aged for 15 months on its fine lees.
