    Owner and history

    The Gamay grapes are grown in the Fleurie cru of Beaujolais. Pierre Cotton prioritizes organic farming and practices agroecology. This allows him to preserve and develop the biodiversity around the vines. This richness enhances the character of the terroir and gives the wine great depth.

    Vinification and aging

    - Fermentation with whole bunches
    - Winemaking using semi-carbonic maceration (concrete tanks)
    - Aged in large oak casks (6 months)
    - Bottling (no filtration, low SO2)
