      Grilled meats, fine charcuterie, and Iberian pork shoulder served with a delicious ratatouille are perfect pairings for this vintage. Best enjoyed at around 14°C, while still young.

      Owner and history

      This vintage comes from the estate's young vines, which are (already) between 15 and 30 years old. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically with the utmost care.

      Vinification and aging

      The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The bunches are left whole to preserve freshness in the wine. The wine is aged for nine months in concrete tanks.
