    Owner and history

    The Haut-Lieu, a historic plot within the estate, covers 5 hectares of Chenin Blanc. The vineyard is cultivated entirely biodynamically, with the utmost care. The tuffeau limestone, so characteristic of the region, makes up the soil and imparts a great deal of minerality to the wines.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested. Aged for 6 months, part of which is in demi-muids.
