    Owner and history

    Mambourg Grand Cru is a great terroir characterized by its geology, derived from Quaternary Oligocene limestone. Power and complexity emerge from this early-ripening terroir, entirely cultivated biodynamically!

    Vinification and aging

    The wines are made using the natural yeasts of the grapes. No additives, bacteria, or enzymes are used. The wine is produced without any inputs so that the deep characteristics of the terroir can be expressed.
