      Owner and history

      The Syrah vines, averaging 30 years old, thrive in a remarkable terroir. Planted on terraces at an altitude of 250 meters, they benefit from granitic soil that enriches the wine with a splendid minerality. Each plot is meticulously worked by hand, guaranteeing exceptional quality.

      Vinification and aging

      - Harvesting and vineyard work are entirely manual.
      - Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks with regular punch-downs and pump-overs
      - Malolactic fermentation in new barrels
      - Aged for 18 months in oak barrels
