    The 2022 Monte Mare Rouge vintage boasts a bright, clear ruby ​​color. The nose is delicate, offering a bouquet of fresh red fruit, violet, and maquis herbs.     Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Comte Abbatucci is based on a gentle and natural approach: manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentations and very delicate extraction.
    Monte Mare 2022 is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the integrity of the fruit and the freshness of the juice. A short aging period in tanks allows the wine to retain all its energy, without any artificial enhancement, thus revealing a sincere and spontaneous interpretation of the Corsican terroir.
