    This wine pairs perfectly with grilled, rare red meat, lamb chops with thyme, or spiced duck breast. Serve at around 16-18°C.

    Owner and history

    The wines of Clos Venturi come from the finest and oldest vines of Domaine Vico. The indigenous grape varieties benefit from the Corsican sun and their high altitude, which gives them a lovely freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand
    - The grapes are fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks
    - The wine is aged for 12 months in concrete vats, then in large oak casks, and finally for 10 months in the bottle
