    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 21 hectares and reaches an altitude of approximately 150 meters. The vines are about twenty years old. The vineyard is managed according to biodynamic principles. The soils are composed of granitic sands.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes

    - Static deslimbing 24 and 48 hours
    - Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Aged on fine lees for 6 months
