    Owner and history

    Les Meysonniers is made from Syrah vines, approximately 25 years old. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 1990. The soil is composed of clay, pebbles and gravel.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Traditional winemaking in concrete vats
    - Aged for 12 months in concrete tanks (15% in barrels)
