    Owner and history

    Located in the commune of Beaumont-Monteux, the vineyard covers 27 hectares of terraced vines. The Syrah is cultivated organically and biodynamically on clay-limestone soils typical of the appellation. The vines are old, over 60 years old!

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting and sorting
    - 100% destemming
    - Traditional winemaking in raw concrete vats
    - Aged for 18 months, with 12 months in barrels followed by 6 months in concrete tanks
