    Owner and history

    Clos des Mouches is one of Drouhin's very first vineyards. It produces both red and white wines, including the House's legendary cuvées. The 6.82-hectare plot is located mid-slope, very close to Pommard. The Chardonnay vines are 45 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested and strictly sorted grapes
    Aged for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels, 25% of which are new.
