    Owner and history

    The vines are planted in enclosed plots, but the Vin de France appellation does not allow this to be mentioned on the label. The exceptional terroir is cultivated organically in the heart of the garrigue.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard with partial destemming
    - Aged for a long period of 10 years, 3/4 in vats and 1/4 in large oak casks, then finished in the bottle
