    Owner and history

    This cuvée is a blend of Syrah from the Côte Blonde and Côte Brune of Côte-Rôtie! The plots, in terraces typical of the appellation, host vines of about 35 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting in the vineyard
    - Fermentation in closed stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 36 months (minimum) in oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
