    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from 100% Syrah grapes grown in granite and quartz soils. The vines are on average 20 years old and are cultivated with the utmost respect for the terroir. The winemaker is moving towards organic farming, without the use of herbicides.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvest with a majority of whole bunches
    - Fermentation in open stainless steel and wooden vats for 10 days
    - Aged for 15 months in barrels (3 to 5 years old) and truncated conical vats
