Cheval des Andes was born from the unique alliance between Château Cheval Blanc in Saint-Émilion and Terrazas de los Andes in Argentina, uniting Bordeaux winemaking expertise with Andean terroir. Located in Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes Mountains, this estate embodies the ambition to create a " Grand Cru of South America ." The vineyard, situated at an altitude of 1,070 meters, benefits from an exceptional climate and century-old vines, particularly Malbec. The wines produced here are renowned for their depth, precision, and long aging potential. Cheval des Andes is now a leading name in Argentine winemaking.

Tasting notes
The deep purple robe of Cheval des Andes 2017 hints at great richness. The complex nose blends black fruit, sweet spices, and elegant oak. On the palate, the attack is ample and structured, with perfectly polished tannins. The wine is dense yet retains a lovely freshness. The long, refined finish lingers with balsamic and licorice notes. A wine of balance and finesse, worthy of the very best.
