    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Valentin Zusslin is carried out with meticulous respect for tradition. The grapes, harvested by hand, are gently pressed to preserve their integrity. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, allowing the freshness and aromatic expression of the fruit to be retained. Aging on fine lees lasts for several months, adding complexity and roundness to the wine.
