    Owner and history

Le Petit Figeac is made from a selection of the youngest vines in Figeac, on the same exceptional terroir as for the grand vin. The Château is known as the most Médoc-like of the Saint-Émilion wines because a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes make up its blends. Only 30% Merlot is used in the Petit Figeac.

    Vinification and aging

Aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new wood.
