    Owner and history

    The vineyard from which the grapes of the Grand Cru Les Preuses originate is located in the heart of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation. The plot forms a south-east facing amphitheater, sloping down to a terroir of marl and Kimmeridgian limestone typical of Chablis. This allows the Chardonnay grapes to reach perfect ripeness.
