    Owner and history

    This Premier Cru, neighboring the Grand Cru Les Clos, is characterized by its calcareous marl soils rich in fossilized oyster shells, a hallmark of the appellation. Two parcels are blended with 50-year-old vines.

    Vinification and aging

    A small proportion of oak is used for fermentation and aging. The rest of the wine is aged for 15 months in tanks.
