    Owner and history

    This Viognier vineyard, formerly part of the Condrieu appellation, is now classified as an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). The vines are worked manually using winches or pickaxes. The Viognier vines are approximately twenty years old, growing on granite soil at an altitude of 300 meters. The vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Direct pressing of whole bunches and fermentation on fine lees
    - Aged for 10 months in truncated conical wooden vats
