Owner and history

Denis Bachelet represents the fourth generation of a family of passionate winemakers. He has taken over the reins of the domaine A family business with the ambition to perpetuate tradition while bringing its own vision. Its commitment to quality and respect for the terroir are the pillars of its philosophy. Denis Bachelet is a discreet and passionate man, whose hard work is reflected in the exceptional quality of his wines.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Denis Bachelet is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, with gentle maceration to extract aromas and tannins. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, for a period that allows it to refine and develop its complexity. The aim is to preserve the expression of the terroir and produce balanced and elegant wines.
