Enjoy with duck breast, a fine rib of beef, or Iberian pork shoulder with chorizo. Serve at around 17°C. Feel free to open the bottle before tasting or decant it when young.

This cuvée is made from old Carignan vines. These are century-old vines in perfect health. The vineyard is cultivated organically!

Vinification and aging

Only the free-run juice is used, which brings a great deal of finesse to the vintage.
Aged in vats to allow the complexity of the grape variety and terroir to express itself
