Here, the chalky soil, combined with the temperate climate of the Côte des Blancs, allows the Chardonnay grape to express itself with unparalleled purity. This unique terroir imparts to each vintage an exceptional mineral tension and precision.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Champagne Salon 2012 relies on meticulous work in the cellar. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and primary aromas, this wine is then aged on its lees for nearly 10 years.
