    Beaucastel boasts an extraordinary terroir north of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The 13 grape varieties of the appellation have been cultivated organically since the 1960s on vines highly exposed to the Mistral wind.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and then sorted
    - Pneumatic pressing
    - Fermentation in truncated conical and traditional concrete vats
    - Malolactic fermentation
    - Blending of the different grape varieties after separate vinification
    - Aged in oak casks for 1 year
