    Owner and history

    The vines of the Gassac Valley benefit from a cool microclimate. No synthetic fertilizers or molecules are used in the vineyard. The terroir is white Lutetian limestone.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes, with an initial sorting in the vineyard
    - Skin maceration at 10°C for 6 days
    - Fermentation under stainless steel at 20/25°C for three weeks
    - Aged for 2 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks
