Owner and history

The Chevalier Montrachet Les Demoiselles vineyard is located south of the Côte de Beaune, atop a hill in the commune of Puligny, just above Montrachet. It belonged to the family's ancestors, Adèle and Julie Voillot. Louis Jadot is said to have purchased this plot and named it Les Demoiselles. The vines thrive on a very calcareous and stony subsoil.

Vinification and aging

- Hand-harvested in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes
- Fermentation in barrels, one-third of which are new
- Aged for 15 months on fine lees
