    Owner and history

    The Stein vineyard is located on the Bollenberg hill, on a limestone ridge. The climate is exceptional thanks to the hill's geographical position. Pinot Noir grapes benefit from low average rainfall of 350mm/year.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Maceration for 3 weeks
    - Aged in Burgundy barrels and large oak casks for 18 months
