THE Domaine Parent is now run by the Parent family, heirs to an ancestral savoir-faire. Anne Parent, a passionate oenologist, embodies the new generation and perpetuates the family tradition with talent and dedication. She strives to produce authentic wines, reflecting the typicity of each terroir and the unique character of each vintage. The Parent family is proud of its heritage and committed to preserving the quality and reputation of its wines, for the pleasure of Burgundy lovers.

Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Parent is crafted with the utmost care, respecting Burgundian traditions. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for the selection of the finest varieties. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, with maceration lasting a variable amount of time depending on the vintage. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a variable period, in order to refine the tannins and develop the aromatic complexity of the wine. Domaine Parent uses a proportion of new barrels adapted to each vintage, so as not to mask the expression of the terroir.
