    Owner and history

    This cuvée is a blend from three parcels in the Côte de Nuits-Villages (only 0.89 hectares of vines). The vines reach an altitude of 330 meters and are situated on slopes with brown soils. The Pinot Noir vines are 55 years old and are cultivated organically.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are grown by hand
    - Fermentation is traditional, with punch-downs and pump-overs
    - The wine is aged for 18 to 24 months (with 30% new barrels) then in bulk for 4 to 6 months.
