    Owner and history

    The vines are located in the heart of the garrigue, on rolled pebbles. The vines are cultivated organically and biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. They are destemmed and vinified in concrete vats. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large oak casks.
