    Enjoy with a pigeon stuffed with mushrooms, a fine braised rib of beef, or a lamb tagine with tender carrots. Serve at around 16°C, decanting it while still young.

    The vines are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics (without certification).

    Vinification and aging

    Each grape variety is vinified separately using indigenous yeasts.
    The wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
