    Tasting notes

    This lovely vintage pairs perfectly with a honey-glazed pork tenderloin, a roast rack of lamb, or salt pork. Cranberries and tapenade are ideal as condiments. Serve at around 16°C after decanting while still young!

    Owner and history

    This vineyard site has historically been planted with Grenache on schist soils. Today, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault complete the grape varieties planted. The vineyard is cultivated using organic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is aged in concrete tanks, which helps to preserve the purity of the fruit and its freshness.
