    We enjoy this wine with stuffed pumpkin with mushrooms, grilled pork chops, or peppered beef tenderloin. Serve this wine at around 15-16°C.

    Owner and history

    The wine comes from the Saint-Joseph appellation. The soils are granitic and the vines are south-facing, on steep slopes.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested. 80% of the grapes are destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in open vats. The wine is then aged for 12 months in barrels, 15% of which are new oak.
