    Owner and history

    The grapes for this cuvée come from two communes near Chablis: Fontenay-Près-Chablis and Béru. The Chardonnay vines are planted there on clay-limestone soil typical of the Kimmeridgian period.

    Vinification and aging

    - Selection of grapes on a sorting table to guarantee optimal quality.
    - Winemaking entirely carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain precise temperatures.
    - Aged for 10 to 12 months to refine the aromas and structure of the wine.
