      Owner and history

      The vines are over 25 years old. The winemaker applies organic farming principles even though no certification is claimed. This is remarkable given the harsh climate.

      Vinification and aging

      Hand-harvested grapes, mid-November, in 2-3 passes.
      Direct pressing and barrel fermentation of 1 to 2 wines.
      Aged for 10 months in barrels then 6 months in tanks. Bottling takes place after two winters.
