    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château Calon-Ségur is carried out with meticulous care. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for the selection of only the finest berries. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, promoting the expression of aromas. The wine is aged in oak barrels, some of which are renewed annually.
