    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a single plot of less than one hectare, nestled on the southern slope of the hillside in the commune of Vernou-sur-Brenne. This unique terroir is distinguished by a thin layer of soil resting directly on the tuffeau limestone and bedrock, characteristic elements of the Vouvray appellation. Some vines in this plot are almost a century old, a testament to the richness and depth of this exceptional soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting with 10kg crates and sorting in the vineyard
    - Aged for at least 12 months in barrels
