    Owner and history

    The Nielluccio vines are found in the locality known as Paléo Cuesta at the foot of Pic Saint-Loup. This Corsican grape variety is cultivated organically here on limestone soils, at an altitude of 300-330 meters.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. 60 to 70% whole bunches are used in the vinification process. The wine is aged in conical barrels for 20 months.
