This unique terroir, situated at an altitude of over 200 meters, imparts a natural freshness and tension to the grapes.     Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process adheres to traditional methods, with slow pressing and fermentation in large oak casks. The wine is then aged for 12 months on its fine lees in small, old casks, without stirring, which promotes complexity and texture.
