    Owner and history

    Located between Cos d'Estournel and Lafite-Rothschild, the Lafon-Rochet estate covers 45 hectares. Its annual production is 140,000 bottles. The soil is composed of Quaternary gravel and has a clay-limestone subsoil.

    Vinification and aging

    Following manual harvesting, the aging process lasts a minimum of 12 months, and takes place in barrels, half of which are new.
