Pediment

North of Toulouse lies the Fronton appellation vineyard. This magnificent wine region remains, for all winemakers, the sanctuary of the Négrette grape variety. Blended with Gamay, it produces fresh and aromatic rosé wines. Combined with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, Fronton wines yield intense and fruity reds, best cellared for at least three years before enjoying with a fine ribeye steak or roast duck.
