African Boer goats roam the rugged landscape (devouring wild roses that would otherwise overrun the soil), and at the Voodoo Lounge, natural "preparations" are made for the soils (instead of chemical sprays). This estate, founded in the 1990s, produces some of the world's finest cool-climate Pinot Noir.
