    Owner and history

    This Carricante wine comes from the small Montalto vineyard, located on the southern slopes of Mount Etna and covering nearly 55 hectares. The vines are planted on steep slopes, reaching an altitude of approximately 950 meters. The entire vineyard has been certified organic since 2010.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is aged for 10 months in barrels.
