Currently, the Château Cos d'Estournel is run by the Carle family, who have successfully perpetuated the heritage and renown of this grand cru. Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Pagodes de Cos 2025 is meticulous, blending tradition and modernity. After rigorous hand-harvesting, the grapes are carefully sorted.
