    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 95 hectares and its vines are on average 35 years old. The soil is gravelly, with a subsoil of clay-marl.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal phenolic ripeness. The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in French oak barrels from various origins.
