    This 2021 Saint-Joseph displays a brilliant ruby ​​color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit, violet, and spice intertwine elegantly. On the palate, the Syrah reveals a harmonious structure, with silky tannins and lovely freshness. The finish is persistent, leaving a delicate imprint of cherry and pepper, offering a beautiful length.

    Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Domaine Jean-Michel Gerin is carried out with great respect for tradition. The Syrah grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and fruity expression of the grape variety. Aging, lasting several months, occurs in oak barrels, adding complexity and finesse to the wine's aromas.
