The 2019 Flaccianello has a deep red color with violet highlights. The nose opens with intense aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, and spicy nuances. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful structure, with silky tannins and refreshing acidity that lend it great elegance. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of dark chocolate and candied fruit.

The Fontodi vineyard extends across well-exposed hillsides, at an altitude of 350 to 500 meters, benefiting from a climat Mediterranean. The soils, composed of clay and limestone, are rich in minerals, which contributes to the complexity of the wines. The carefully cultivated vines are surrounded by picturesque landscapes, where nature and humankind coexist in harmony. The absence of forced irrigation allows the roots to draw water from deep within, thus enhancing the expression of the terroir in each bottle.

The Flaccianello delle Pieve 2019 is an ode to Tuscany, combining power and finesse, to be enjoyed without delay.
