    Owner and history

    The wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The vineyard covers 54 hectares of vines on a clay-limestone terroir with pebbles and agglomerated gravel.

    Vinification and aging

    This wine is produced using a cosmoculture approach. For over 20 years, the wines have been made without the use of any oenological additives. The practices, which are very demanding, are as natural as possible, following a very rigorous set of specifications. More precisely, this type of cultivation uses organic and biodynamic principles, while also paying particular attention to the details of the water source and the feng shui of the cellar. A meticulous method of cultivation, dedicated to the quality of the wines and respect for the terroir.
